Elena Sacks has had a passion for art from a very early age. When in year 6, she and her classmates were asked to each be teacher for a lesson, she gave her very first art lesson and from that moment on knew she wanted to teach art.

Elena later went on to study art at Melbourne State College and graduated with a Bachelor of Education in Art and Craft.

Over her career, apart from teaching in several private Melbourne schools, Elena has also marketed and designed art kits for children around Australia under the Paper Art label, as well as producing her own artwork and commissioned pieces for clients. She has also run private art classes and conducted birthday parties.

Elena is currently co-ordinator of the Junior Art Department of a leading Melbourne private school.
